These are called Spring Rolls as far as I can tell. There seems to be a lot of argument about what they're called. I guess it depends on origin and ingredients. These are mine.
carrots
cabbage
cucumber
green peppers
green onions
salad shrimp
Lay out a skin and put in what you want.
Roll as directed and enjoy.
