I found this recipe here. Looked really good as I've never really thought of combining sour cream and fish. I usually do a lemon and dill seasoning for my fish in a foil packet then eat with tartar sauce. I gave this a go and it was pretty bland to me. The fact that this was a way that she got her kids to eat fish was awesome, but I probably won't make again. I'm always looking for a way to cook fish that doesn't involve frying so I will try most anything. What's your favorite way to make fish without frying?

Anyway, even if this isn't something you want to try, the blog itself is awesome and there are a lot of other recipes I want to try.
